3. Account & Business Registration

You are responsible for:

Protecting your login credentials, API keys, and SMPP credentials.
Maintaining accurate account information.
All activities performed under your account.
Immediately notifying INS of any unauthorized access or security incident.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

INS operates a professional telecommunications infrastructure. Our Services must never be used for unlawful or abusive activities.

Prohibited activities include:

• Fraud, phishing, scams, or identity theft.
• Spam or unauthorized messaging.
• Illegal SMS traffic generation or routing.
• Network abuse or unauthorized system access.
• Distribution of malware or malicious content.
• Circumvention of applicable telecommunications regulations.
• Activities that violate carrier agreements or applicable laws.
• Any use that threatens the security, integrity, or reputation of the INS network.

INS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in prohibited activities.

6. Service Availability

INS continuously works to maintain reliable and stable telecommunications services.

While we strive for maximum network availability, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to carrier maintenance, regulatory requirements, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, APIs, documentation, trademarks, branding, website content, and telecommunications infrastructure remain the exclusive property of INS.

No part of our Services may be copied, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used without prior written authorization.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of INS is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We process information only as necessary to provide telecommunications services, maintain network security, comply with legal obligations, and support customer operations.

INS does not sell customer data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.
